I am a Clinical Case Manager and Drug & Alcohol Counselor II, deeply committed to helping people rebuild their lives with dignity, support, and hope. My dedication to mental health and substance use recovery comes from both my professional training and my own personal experiences. I truly understand what it feels like to work your way back, and I bring that understanding to every person I have the privilege to serve.
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing clients reconnect with their inner strength. For me, transformation isn’t about perfection; it’s about those small but meaningful shifts—when someone begins using healthier coping skills, consistently shows up for themselves, or starts believing they can achieve a life they once thought was out of reach. Being there with people during those moments is something I treasure deeply.
I am in the process of earning my bachelor’s degree in psychology and will earn my CADC III upon graduation. I currently hold CADC II and ICRC certifications, and I’ve been dedicated to working in the treatment field since 2018. Over the years, I’ve grown from a behavioral technician to a more clinical role, integrating trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, and structured support to help clients find stability and work toward long-term recovery. I’m also preparing to pursue a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or clinical counseling to expand my career to make a positive difference.
Outside of work, I find strength through connection. Spending quality time with my children and friends in recovery helps me recharge, and staying active in my own recovery keeps me aligned with the values I bring to my work. For me, wellness is about maintaining routines, being honest with myself, and showing up for myself so I can truly show up for others.

I have over seven years of experience in substance abuse treatment, helping individuals build healthier, more stable lives. My approach focuses on compassionate care and making sure each person fully understands their treatment options so they can move forward with confidence. When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active, playing pickleball, and hiking with my English Bulldog, Lunchbox.
